What's Happening in North Andover This Weekend

Your local guide to weekend fun.

The weekend is expected to bring some humidity and heat, but nothing too oppressive. So you can enjoy a weekend locally. And here are five things to do this weekend.

Tourney For Tim: The 9th annual Tourney for Tim will be held on Saturday, Aug. 10, at North Andover Middle School. This year there will be a Family Division consisting of at least one adult with children under age 12. The Pro Division is for those that like a competitive game. And the Amateur Division is for those that prefer to play more for fun. Teams are made up of 3-5 players.  Any age can play.  All participants receive a TFT game shirt. Cost is $75 per team, $100 same day registrations.

Sevens Pond: With temperatures expected to be in the 80s Saturday and Sunday, you can head over to Stevens Pond to enjoy the weather. A day pass is $12.

Antique and Classic Car Show: Smolak Farms will host an antique and classic car show Sunday starting at 9 a.m.

Summer Concert: Grupo Fantasia will perform at 6 p.m. on the Common. This is free and open to the public.

LaserCraze: This popular spot is open all weekend, and it's a fun way for kids to work off some energy indoors. LazerCraze is located at 1580 Osgood Street and is open 10:30 a.m. to midnight Friday, 10 a.m. to midnight Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.
