A Northborough resident was arrested after an incidentΒ onΒ Rice Avenue Thursday night.
Northborough Police charged Diana R. Penney, 31, of 175 Rice Ave., with domestic assault and battery after the incident, which was reported at 7:36 p.m., according to the Northborough Police log.
