Allegedly Drunken Driver Had 6 Year Old in Car

An allegedly drunken driver had a 6-year-old girl in the car with him when he was arrested Thursday night, Northborough Police Northborough Police Sgt. Demosthenes Agiomavritis said Friday.
Police charged Julio Tavares-Luz, 46, of 450 Boston Post Road, Apt. 606A, Marlborough, with operating under the influence of liquor, child endangerment while under the influence, a marked lanes violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, according to the Northborough Police and Fire log.
Police arrested Tavares-Luz on Whitney Street at 8:05 p.m.
