July 19

8:05 a.m.: Report of female party in the middle of the road. Spoken to, no longer in the road. Brigham Street

10:53 a.m.: Larceny of wallet, Belmont Street

6:52 p.m.: Car pulled over on West Main Street. Barry D. Starkey, 51, Crestwood Drive, Northborough, was arrested and charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, OUI liquor second offense

July 20

9 a.m.: Larceny reported, Lexington Road. RP advises that the signs have been removed from the property several times over the past week.

9:57 a.m.: Shoplifting reported, Otis Street. LP called to report a party shoplifting. White male wearing black shirt and blue shorts w/ white hat. Arrest. Patrick J. Profit, 54, Charlest St., Framingham, was arrested and charged with shoplifting over $100 by asportation, larceny under $1,200
