In Court: Assault and Battery; Northborough Woman Loses License for OUI

The following cases involve residents of Northborough and/or occurred in Northborough.

Rafael Vazquez, 44, of 180 East Main St., Apt. 312, Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 5 by Northborough police and charged with OUI, open container violation and speeding in violation of special regulations. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 18.

Edgardo Franceschi, 23, of 45 Wellington St. Apt. 1, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 17 by Northborough police and charged with driving with a suspended license. Judge Virzi dismissed the charge upon payment of $200 in court costs.

Luis A. Rodriguez, 29, of 368 Main St. Apt. 5, Northborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 12 by Northborough police and charged with driving without a license and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Judge Virzi dismissed both charges, upon payment of $300 court costs for the first charge and $100 for the second.

Miguel A. Sanchez, 39, of 333 Greenwood St. Apt. 30, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 16 by State Police in Northborough and charged with having no inspection sticker and driving with a suspended license, subsequent offense. Judge Virzi continued the case to July 16.

Hairo R. Bino, 58, of 31 Ball St., Northborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 21 by Northborough police on charges of marked lanes violation and driving without a license. Judge Vito Virzi found Bino responsible on the first charge, which was filed. He dismissed the second case upon payment of $200 in court costs.

Jennifer A. Tetrault, also known as Martin, 30, of 507 Central St., Apt. 1112, Hudson, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 12 by Northborough police on charges of driving with a suspended license. Judge Virzi dismissed the charge.

Aaron Eilert, 23, of 164 South St., Apt. B, Northborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 9 by Northborough police on a charge of assault and battery. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 19.

Emily L. Pacific, 31, of 222 Church St., Northborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 30 by Northborough police and charged with OUI liquor and marked lanes violation. Judge Locke found sufficient facts on the first charge, which was continued without a finding to May 14, 2013, with one-year supervised probation, 45-day loss of license, $600 in fees and a $65 monthly probation fee. She was found not responsible on the second charge.
