In Court: Murder Threat; OUI
The following cases were heard at Westborough District Court and involve Northborough residents and/or occurred in Northborough.
Russell P. Thomas, 29, of 56 Elm St., Hopkinton, was summonsed to court by Northborough police on a complaint May 18 and charged with OUI liquor second offense and marked lanes violation. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 13.
Jason Buduski, 26, of 4 Patch Reservoir Drive, Worcester, was was summonsed to court on a complaint May 21 by Northborough police and charged with threatening to commit a crime (murder). Judge Virzi continued the case to June 21. The case stemmed from a threatening message left on a voice mail, according to the police report.
