May is Mental Health Awareness Month
This May, take action, raise your voice, attend programs, and help change the conversation around mental health!
The Northborough Health and Human Services Department (HHS) has announced a series of programs and activities for May in observance of Mental Health Awareness Month. These initiatives aim to promote mental wellness, reduce stigma, and provide resources to the community.
Join HHS and Southborough Youth and Family Services in raising awareness and showing your commitment for mental health by “Going Green” on Friday, May 2 to kick off the month. Wear green or grab a ribbon, which will be available in limited supply at Northborough Town Hall, Northborough Library and Northborough Senior Center. You are encouraged to post your Going Green photos on social media using #NSboroGoesGreen.
