White Cliffs Having Sale

1. Attend the Northborough School Committee meeting.

The board meets at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Melican Middle School library. The agenda includes a presentation of the Peaslee Elementary School improvement plan.

The function facility is offering "50% off all room fees for the months of January, February March and April," according to its Facebook page.

4. Become a Northborough Cable Access Television producer.

Classes begin in January, according to NCAT's Facebook page.

5. In case you missed it: Selectmen deadlocked on package store license transfer.
 
With Selectman Jeff Amberson absent, Northborough selectmen deadlocked Monday night over transferring Reliant Beer and Wine Inc.'s wine and malt package store license transfer to a businessman planning to sell a small amount of pipes and paraphernalia that could be used for smoking marijuana.
