June 6

4:25 p.m.: Male party in with loss prevention for shoplifting greater than $250, Shops Way

6:21 p.m.: Injured deer in back yard, Beechwood Circle

June 8

9:53 a.m.: Brown dog running loose in the area, Bartlett Street

10:10 a.m.: Class D drug violation, Bartlett Street

1:36 p.m.: Turkey on the property, Warren Drive

6:38 p.m.: Report of shoplifting earlier in day, Shops Way

6:42 p.m.: Verbal argument, child runaway requiring assistance, Whitney Street

June 10

11:28 a.m.: Verbal argument between neighbors. Spoken to. Whitney Street

5:50 p.m.: The LPA believes two people might be attempting to shoplift from the store. One in custody. Shops Way. Sean Edward Brooks, 35, Upton Street, Grafton, was arrested and charged with larceny under $1,200.

June 11

5:38 a.m.: Report of 2 loose cows in the road. Accidental, gate left open by someone making a delivery. Whitney Street

2:47 p.m.: Car vs. bus crash on Church Street. Kimberly J. Tirado, 34, Forest Road, Niantic, CT, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, alcohol from an open container, negligent operation of a motor vehicle

5:30 p.m: Assist FD with grill fire, Bay Drive

10:15 p.m.: Assist FD. Smoke investigation. Firework thrown at residence. Units are checking the area for susp. persons and vehicles, King Street.
