Larceny By Check Reported at Shops Way

Northborough Police are investigating four reports of larceny by check at Shops Way on Friday.

The incidents all were reported around 12:30 p.m., according to the Northborough Police log.

Police also made one, unrelated, arrest on Friday.

Police arrested Julio A. Rosario-Pena, 28, of 9 May St., Worcester, on a warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Police arrested Rosario-Pena after responding to a report at 6:49 p.m. from Whitney Street of a suspicious motor vehicle.

On Friday, at 8:39 a.m., police issued a criminal complaint on Hudson Street for operating after suspension.

At 10:23 a.m., police received a report from Main Street of a vehicle damaged in a construction area.

At 10:32 a.m., police issued a trespass order on Maple Street.

At 2:18 p.m., police received a report from Southwest Cutoff of a minor two-car motor vehicle accident.

At 4:35 p.m., police received a report from Shops Way of lost and found items to be turned in.

At 6:47 p.m., police assisted the ambulance with a medical on Bartlett Street.

At 8:09 p.m., police assisted the ambulance with a medical on Main Street.

At 10:53 p.m., police assisted the ambulance with a medical on Longfellow Road.

At 11:53 p.m., police assisted the ambulance with a medical on Longfellow Road.

On Saturday, at 1:01 p.m., police received a report from Main Street of fraudulent activity on a bank account.

AtΒ 1:24 p.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Longfellow Road.

AtΒ 1:42 p.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Longfellow Road.

At 1:56 p.m., on West Main Street,Β police arrested Brian C. Biddiscombe, 58, of 49 South St., Apt. 2, Northborough, on a warrant.Β 

At 2:17 p.m., police received a report from Otis Street of a verbal domestic in a parking lot.

At 8:14 p.m., police received a report from Main Street of a found purse.

On Sunday, at 3:41 a.m., police received a report from Patty Lane of a loud noise coming from an apartment complex.
