Report of Loose Goats Proves Unfounded

Here are the other highlights of the Northborough Police log for Tuesday and Wednesday, courtesy of the Northborough Police Department:

On Tuesday, at 8:14 a.m., police assisted the fire department with a brush fire on Lincoln Street.

At 8:40 a.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on West Main Street.

At 10:50 a.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Village Drive.

At 1:05 p.m., police received a report from Shops Way of a vehicle struck in the lot.

At 2:02 p.m., police received a report from Sawyer Road of a coyote in the area. Police advised animal control.

At 2:24 p.m., police received a report from Shops Way of a car parked up against another.

At 3:17 p.m., police received a report from Whitney Street of loose goats. Police checked, and found nothing.

At 5:22 p.m., police received a report from Main Street of a found wallet.

At 7:32 p.m., police assisted the fire department with a carbon monoxide detector activation on Catherine Drive.

At 8:02 p.m., police received a report from Shops Way of a hit-and-run accident.

At 9:33 p.m., police received a report from Lincoln Street of a car striking a deer.

On Wednesday, at 1:45 a.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on West Main Street.

At 2:45 a.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Washburn Street.
