September Starts on Loud Note

In Northborough, September started with a blare.
Two early morning noise complaints were the first calls the Northborough Police Department received on Sunday, according to the Northborough Police log.
At 1:03 a.m., police received a complaint from Moore Lane of a loud party with a live band playing at a home. Police said the homeowners were spoken to, and would quiet down.
At 2:59 a.m., police received a report from Village Drive of loud residents.  Police said the residents were spoken to, and would quiet down.
At 8:37 a.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on West Main Street.
At 8:50 a.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Hudson Street.
At 9:15 a.m., police assisted the fire department with an RUOK matter on Washburn Street.
At 10:32Â a.m., police assisted the fire department with a medical on Whitney Street.
At 4:26 p.m., police received a report from Main Street of a found wallet.
At 7:26 p.m., police received a report from Green Street of fireworks going on in the area.
At 8:24 p.m., a police officer reported possible fireworks in the Church Street area.
