Tomahawks Volleyball Season Ends
Algonquin (15-3 regular season) was seeded first in the nine-team bracket.
The Algonquin Regional High School varsity volleyball team lost to Lincoln-Sudbury, 3-2, in the 2013 Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association Girls Volleyball Central/West Division 1 semi-finals Thursday night, according to the tournament website.
Lincoln-Sudbury advances to the district final against Concord-Carlisle at 7 p.m. Saturday at Hudson.
Algonquin (15-3 regular season) was seeded first in the nine-team bracket. Lincoln-Sudbury (14-4) was seeded fourth. Both teams received first-round byes.
