Where Do You Bring Yard Waste?

Today, we answer this inquiry, "Where do I dispose of my yard waste and leaves in Northborough?"

The Northborough Highway Garage accepts grass and leaves from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.  on business days, Monday through Friday, according to Northborough's website.

"The attendant may ask for proof of residency.  The grass and leaves must be loose or in biodegradable bags.  Plastic bags may not be left and must be taken back to the resident’s home.  There is no provision for throwing away of plastic bags on the highway garage site," the website notes.
