It's the day after Christmas, and the tree must come down.
Who in Northborough will take it?
Department of Public Works Director Dan Nason says Northborough residents can bring their tree to the DPW yard anytime after Christmas. For more information, call the public works office at 508-393-5030.
Also, for $5 per tree, Northborough Boy Scout Troop 101 will pick up trees that the resident leaves near their curb on Saturday, Jan. 4, according to the event's flyer. Cash and checks are both accepted in an envelope on the resident's door, with checks made payable to "BSA Troop 101 Northborough."
Community members can call 508-709-5207 or visit http://bsatroop101ma.org before Jan. 4 to schedule an appointment.
