The United States Coast Guard was called to the North End on Friday afternoon when a man reportedly fell out of a tug boat in Boston Harbor.
Boston Emergency Medical Services responded to treat the man.
As of Friday afternoon, there was no word from officials on how the man fell out of the boat or his general condition after the accident.
