New Editor Joins North End Patch

A few weeks ago, North End Patch introduced a new look that makes it easier than ever to share your North End news.
Now, the site is introducing a new local editor—Becca Manning, who has been the local editor of Charlestown Patch since November and recently took charge of the North End site.
Manning joins Community Editor Molly Buccini, who handles blogs, uploads and reader support for NorthEndPatch.com.

A transplant from Ohio, Manning has lived in Massachusetts for just over five years and in the Boston area for about two years. She started with Patch in 2011, working as the local editor of the Needham site before coming to Boston.
She previously founded the weekly Pembroke Express and also worked as a reporter, editor and graphic designer for the Whitman and Hanson Express newspapers published by Clipper Press on the South Shore. Prior to that, she covered schools and city government for the Piqua Daily Call in Piqua, Ohio.

Manning is a graduate of Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism.
