• Breadon elected City Council President (northendregionalreview.com) — North End residents will now be represented on a City Council led by new president Liz Breadon, after District 1 Councilor Gabriela Coletta Zapata unexpectedly withdrew from the leadership race. Coletta Zapata says she’ll instead focus on serving East Boston, Charlestown, and the North End while partnering with Breadon on upcoming council work.
