Police: Assault and Battery Reported on Commercial Street

At about 11:58 p.m. on Friday, June 14, Boston Police Officers responded to a report of an assault and battery on Commercial Street.
Officers found the caller standing outside, telling police that he wanted the suspect out of his apartment. The victim’s shirt was torn around his neck and there were multiple holes elsewhere on the shirt.
The victim said that the suspect showed up at his work visibly drunk and followed him home. All through out this, the victim told police that the two were arguing. The victim said that he did not want the suspect arrested, just removed from the home.

According to reports, the suspect began screaming at the officers and refused to leave the apartment. The suspect became verbally abusive towards the officers and woke up neighbors with the ongoing commotion.
Tonilyn Facella of 166 Commercial Street was charged with assault and battery.
