• LIT Boutique to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, closing all locations (miamiherald.com) — A longtime boutique that once operated in Boston’s North End has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, meaning liquidation and the closure of its remaining Newbury Street store. The company previously closed its North End location and now faces a lawsuit over that lease, while customers still ask online about shuttered neighborhood shops and the still-active website.
