Police: Four Loko Drinker Charged with Exposing Himself on North Street

According to police, a man wearing pink pajamas, drinking Four Loko was charged with indecent exposure.

The following information was supplied by the Boston Police Department. Charges listed do not indicate convictions. 

A man was charged with exposing himself, drinking in public, trespassing and malicious destruction of property on Tuesday. 

Police responded to a report of a man running around, exposing himself near 22 Clinton St. at about 4:10 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16.

Boston Police officers spoke to a security officer, who said that a man wearing nothing but a tan blanket was running around exposing his genitals in the area of Union Street and North Street, near Faneuil Hall.

Officers saw a man wearing pink pajama pants and drinking a Four Loko, sitting in an alleyway in the rear of 33 Union Street.

A witness pointed to the man and said, “That’s the guy that was exposing himself.” 

Officers asked the suspect if he had exposed himself. According to the report, the suspect replied, “I didn’t have any pants.”

The man the told police that his girlfriend had given him the pajama pants. According to the report, the man never denied exposing himself.

Officers took the suspect into custody and were approached by a man, who told police that the suspect kicked the hood of his car while wearing a tan blanket. The witness said that the suspect exposed himself while kicking the car. Three additional witnesses told police that they saw the suspect expose himself. One of the witnesses claimed that the suspect spat at him as well.

Officers charged William Bailey of 444 Harrison Ave. with indecent exposure, drinking in public, malicious destruction of property and trespassing.
