Police: Man Beaten, Robbed on Causeway Street
The following information was supplied by the Boston Police Department.

A man told police that he was robbed on the corner of Causeway Street and Portland Street.
Boston Police Officers responded to a report of an unarmed street robbery at about 3:39 a.m. on June 23 at the corner of Causeway and Portland Street.
On arrival, officers spoke with the victim, who said that two men jumped him on Hanover and Cross Street. The victim told police that he was heading into the North End for something to eat and a vehicle pulled up to Hanover and Cross Street.

The victim said that two men got out of the car. One of the men said, “Give me all you’ve got.” At this point, the victim said that the two men got out of the car and stomped him to the ground. The victim said that the suspects took his iPhone and got back in the car.
The victim could not provide a good description of the two suspects or provide which direction they fled in. The victim was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital for an evaluation.

Officers were unable to locate any suspects.
