Police: Ongoing Investigation in Potential Gun-Wielding Road Rager
The following information was supplied by the Boston Police Department.

On Monday, May 6, a detective from the Boston Police Department appeared before an Assistant Clerk Magistrate for a continued probable cause hearing in an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon case.
On Wednesday, March 6, 2013, an officer was traveling down Sudbury Street when a pedestrian who wanted to report a person with a gun at 100 Congress Street flagged him down.
The victim said that he was walking by 100 Congress Street when a driver of a Toyota Avalon was laying on his horn. The victim told police that he asked the man to stop beeping and asked the driver, “What’s your problem?”

According to the victim, the driver got out of his car and pulled something that looked like a dark colored handgun. The driver pointed this object at the victim and started walking towards him. The victim told police that he pulled out his cellphone and took pictures of the suspect. The suspect the got back in the car and took off, heading north on Congress Street.
