Police: Two Minors Charged with Armed Robbery on Richmond Street

Two minors were charged with armed robbery on Richmond Street.
Boston Police responded to a report of a robbery in progress at about 4:22 p.m. on Richmond Street on May 29.
On their way to the scene, officers received a description of the robbery suspect, who allegedly stole an iPhone and was running up Richmond Street towards Hanover Street.

Officers stopped a male who matched the description in front of the Connah Store. Another male who matched the description of one of the suspects was found crouching behind a grey car in front of 151 Richmond Street, then resume walking towards Hanover Street. Customers and employees of the store told police that the suspect had dropped something under the car.
The victim identified both males as the ones who put something in the small of his back and took his cell phone. Officers recovered the iPhone from under the car and charged the two males, who were identified as juveniles, with armed robbery.
