In the category of “Best Bread Bakery,” the North End’s Bricco Panetteria, 241 Hanover St., won first prize.

On the subject of cannolis, it may be no surprise that the top honor went to a North End eatery. The 2013 winner of “Best Cannoli” was Maria’s, 46 Cross St.
And Neptune Oyster, 63 Salem St., received a nod for “Best Raw Bar” in the city.
