Where/when: Hillview Country Club, Friday at 7 p.m. 
Why go: Stop by to listen to live music by the Herland Brothers and support the Fourth of July Committee.

Where/when: Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Saturday at 6 p.m. 
Why go: Enjoy dinner, a full ice cream sundae bar and a sock hop. Proceeds benefit the music program at Aldersgate.
