Let's Toast to a New Community Center

A wine and food social on April 1 will help raise funds for a new intergenerational community center in North Reading.

North Reading, MA - This Friday night, there will be an opportunity to dine on some of the finest food, beer, and wine in the area and raise money for a good cause.

The North Reading Parks and Recreation Department and the Friends of NRPR are hosting the Let's Toast Wine and Food Social to help raise funds for an intergenerational community center in town.

The event takes place Friday, April 1 at 7 p.m. at Teresa's at Hillview at 149 North Street in North Reading.

Tickets are $40 per person. There will be 17 local restaurants providing food, beer, and wine taking part in the event.

A feasibility study has been completed for a North Reading intergenerational community center. The next step for the project includes structural and architectural drawings.

Tickets can be purchased at Ryers and at the North Reading Parks and Recreation Department at 235 North Street.
