Meditation and Mindfulness at the Flint Memorial Library

The library is hosting a meditation program on Thursday, March 31.

North Reading, MA - Explore the whys and hows of meditation, getting a glimpse into how it can help ease anxiety and improve everyday quality of life at the Flint Memorial Library on Thursday, March 31 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

This talk by David Eyerman, a licensed acupuncturist and owner of Clear and Now Holistic Healing Center in Andover, will benefit those who

- Have wanted to try meditation but don't know where to start
