MA Girl, 15, Dies After Collision In Own Driveway
The girl was flown to Mass General Hospital after the April 10 collision, but died Sunday, authorities said.
MIDDLETON, MA — A 15-year-old girl has died one week after a driver hit the teen in her own driveway, according to local authorities.
The girl was in the driveway of a home off Meadowlark Farm Lane on April 10 when an unidentified driver hit her. The girl was taken to Lawrence General Hospital, but was later taken to Mass General in Boston.
Essex District Attorney Paul Tucker said the girl died Sunday in Boston.

"It appears the teen's death was a tragic accident," Tucker said in a news release on Monday.
The driver remained at the scene immediately after the collision, and has not been identified.
