Mitchener Reacts to One Month Anniversary of Bombings
Resident and runner Lori Mitchener reacts to the explosions after a month has passed.

Today marks the one month anniversary of the marathon bombings. Runner Lori Mitchener can't believe that a month has passed already, and is still processing the events of April 15.
"I cant really believe it has been a month," Mitchener said. "It seems like a month, a week, a minute ago, ages ago, at times so I guess I am still on the roller coaster of processing what happened."
Boston will always mean the marathon to her, she said.

"There is no equal to Boston, it is The Marathon. It is almost tragically poetic how the response of this great city has no equal," she told Patch. "Boston will always be littered with gatorade cups and stories of unrivaled strength in my mind's eye, no terrorist can weaken that Boston. We will not cower, we will run again. Afterall, it is Boston."
