• Christ Church United property sold for $2.7 million (lowellsun.com) — A North Reading-based congregation, All People Church, has purchased the historic Christ Church United property in Lowell for $2.7 million as it expands beyond its existing 1,000-member North Reading location. The church plans to begin services there in February and hopes to use the building for outreach, including feeding the homeless and hosting community events.
