Welcome to You Ask...Patch Answers where we answer readers questions. We recently received questions about where residents can take CPR and First Aid classes. Here's your answer.
Unfortunately, we did not find any CPR or First Aid classes here in North Reading. However, we did find some locally and if you don't mind waiting until the fall you can go right down the street to the Burbank YMCA.
If you would like to enroll in a class now, you can sign up for the Winchester Hospital Center for Healthy Living's next open class which is HeartSaver CPR and automated external defibrillation (AED). The class starts on August 9 and will take place at the Unicorn Park Conference Room on 200 Unicorn Park Drive in Woburn. According to their website, it is a one-night course that focuses on rescue and choke-saving skills for adults, children, and infants.
