The Norton Parks and Recreation Department welcomes everyone to attend to the annual Festival of Lights which will be held on Sunday, Dec. 4, 5 p.m. at the Town Common. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be arriving by fire truck and will meet the children in Santa’s house for pictures. There will also be Christmas carols, hot chocolate, cookies and a craft station. Norton resident Timothy Brown will also be singing songs from his Christmas album. Children will be able to leave their letters to Santa in a mailbox and then they will receive a personalized letter back from Santa himself!
