REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Two years experience working with low-income and first-generation youth; a minimum of two years experience with residence hall supervision, and related experience with coordination of student services and residential life; and record-keeping abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:  Bachelor’s degree and bilingual abilities.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Associates degree or related work experience preferred
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access; knowledge of JD Edwards software is a plus.​ Proficient with word processing, databases, spreadsheets and presentations.​
  • Excellent organizational skills, independent thinking, and a high level of initiative are a necessity
