William D. Billy Lozeau, 50, of Norton, formerly of Whitman, died Feb. 12, 2013. Born in Brockton and raised in Whitman, he was son of the late Raymond A. Lozeau Sr. and Ellen R. (Hicks) Kilsby. Billy was a graduate of Whitman-Hanson Regional High, Class of 1980, and  attended Massasoit Community College. For many years, he worked as a shipper for the Whitman Tool &amp; Die Company. Billy was truly an outdoorsman, an avid fisherman and hunter and had enjoyed playing pool and horseshoes. He is survived by his brother Raymond A. Lozeau Jr.; his sister Catherine E. Burns; as well as several nieces and nephews. His services were held at Blanchard Funeral Chapel.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Billys memory may be made to North Cottage Program, Inc., 69 East Main St., Norton, MA 02766.
