Foxborough Man Arraigned from Hospital Bed After Allegedly Trying to Kill Ex-Wife
Glenn A. Saltis was arraigned from his hospital bed in Norwood Tuesday afternoon after the Foxborough resident and town’s electrical inspector was arrested for allegedly attacking and severely injuring his ex-wife on Memorial Day.
The arraignment lasted just three minutes at Norwood Hospital as Saltis was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, mayhem, assault to murder, and aggravated assault and battery, according to 7News.
Saltis’ ex-wife, Julie Saltis, reportedly suffered a gash on the right side of her head and is being treated at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence for what has been described by the Norfolk County District Attorney’s office as “life-threatening” injuries.
