TAUNTON, MA — Taunton police are investigating a stabbing that sent two to the hospital, according to Police Chief Edward Walsh.About 6 a.m., officers on patrol saw two people in the middle of the road on Broadway Street. As the officers got closer, they found one person had been stabbed and another had suffered injuries. Both were taken to area hospitals. It's unclear how severe the injuries were. Taunton Police are still investigating just what happened.

TAUNTON, MA — Taunton police are investigating a stabbing that sent two to the hospital, according to Police Chief Edward Walsh.

About 6 a.m., officers on patrol saw two people in the middle of the road on Broadway Street. As the officers got closer, they found one person had been stabbed and another had suffered injuries. Both were taken to area hospitals. It's unclear how severe the injuries were.

Taunton Police are still investigating just what happened.
