The Crossroads Veterans’ Services District is seeking applicants to administer federal, state and local benefits and referral services to assist veterans, widows and dependents in accordance with MGL Ch. 115.
This is a 40-hour full time position. Salary is $40,000 to $45,000 per year.
The successful candidate will be a highly organized self-starter, detail oriented, possess solid communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. In addition to interpersonal skills, position requires responsibility and accountability for financial data reporting. Knowledge and experience in mobile networking and secure cloud data storage/access preferred.
Candidate must be a veteran in accordance with MGL Chapter 115 and must possess a valid Massachusetts Driver’s License and vehicle. Minimum of an Associates Degree preferred, or three to five years of related managerial or administrative experience in veterans’ services, veterans’ affairs, social service fields, accounting, human relations or business; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
