Agenda for the Board of Selectmen, June 26
Highlights from the agenda for the Board of Selectmen meeting.

The Norwood Board of Selectmen will meet in room 34 of Town Hall. Here are the highlights from issues on tonight's agenda:
- At 7 p.m. there will be a Public Hearing regarding the FY2013 PARC Grant Application for a Hawes/Coakley Complex.
- Firefighter Paul Ronco will be submitting a request to hold 5K road race “Miles for Liam" on Sun., Sept. 23 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. using the parking lot on Cottage St. next to Babel’s. Safety Officer recommended shutting down Day St. from Washington St. to Central St.
- Madeline Eysie, Concord Avenue, will be submitting e-mail communication concerning issues in South Norwood and a request to be considered for any committee that addresses these issues.
- ABCC will be submitting notice of hearing before ABCC to Siam Lotus, 1331 Boston-Providence Turnpike, about the alleged violation of selling alcoholic beverage to a person under 21 on Wed., April 25 at approximately 5:20 p.m. Hearing is Tues., Aug. 28 at 10 a.m. ABCC Officer Giacoppo has no knowledge of the incident.
- Andrew and Ernest Boch Fund Awards: Awards totaling $30,500 for 2012 - 39 applications received.
- Rita Antonitis, Norwood Aquatics Club, Inc. will be submitting a request for a fundraiser yard sale in front of Hawes Pool in the grass area on Sat. Sept. 22 from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.
