First Baptist Church Holding Rummage and White Elephant Sale

The First Baptist Church of Norwood is planning a Rummage and White Elephant Sale in the Parish House at 71 Bond Street for Friday, May 4 and Saturday, May 5.  Doors will open on Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. and will close at 9:00 p.m. A large assortment of women’s, men’s and children’s clothing in excellent condition will be for sale at very reasonable prices. Other items, such as decorative and household, will also be on sale.

The doors will open again on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. All items will be on sale until 2:00 p.m. From 2:00–3:00 p.m., there will be a bag sale. All clothing that can fit into a 13 gallon bag will be sold for $5 a bag. All clothing that will fit into a 30 gallon bag will be sold for $10 per bag. White elephant items will be sold for half price. All purchases will be cash sales and all sales will be final.

Anyone wishing to donate to the sale may drop off clean clothing in good repair on Sunday, April 22 from 12:00–1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 28 from 1:00–3:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 29 from 12:00–1:00 p.m. and from 2:30–3:30 p.m. Items may be dropped off in the basement of the church, second room on the left. Enter from the parking lot at the Walpole Street entrance. We are not accepting any electronics or computer equipment.
