The former COO and Executive Vice President of the Norwood-based Rugged Bear children's clothing company is free on $50,000 bail after being arraigned on manslaughter charges yesterday, the Boston Herald reported.

According to the Herald report, police say that John T. McDonough, 45, killed his brother-in-law with a lethal "head lock" at a family party in their Cohasset residence.
