It is believed that more water needs to be added to rice. Friday, June 7 Cedar Markets: The cooler needs more thorough cleaning and there needs to be additional traps in the basement. Tuesday, June 11 Bamboo House II: The can opener was encrusted with food and there were several unlabeled chemical bottles.  There was also heavy grease and oil on the walls throughout the kitchen, under-counters, all sinks and trash receptacles.
