“Three Little Sitters,” is the title of a popular wartime tune, but these three little sisters, Frances, Eleanor, and Evelyn aren’t telling it to the Marines at all. From left to right, you see Frances knitting a comfortable sweater for Pfc. William Dundulis, of the U. S. Army, Infantry Post Office now at Camp Breckenridge, Ky. Eleanor is penning a letter to a certain Lt. Arthur Davis of the U. S. Army Air Corps stationed at Camp Lee, Va., and Evelyn, the youngest of the sisters, gazes fondly at a photograph of Pvt. Alfred Jones, air corps mechanic, U. S. Army now at Chanute Field, IL. Evelyn is trying to think up a cheery paragraph for her letter. The Brown girls live at 2 Day Street.
