Norwood Man Arrested on Child Pornography, Drug Charges
Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigation leads to child porn arrest on Centennial Drive

NORWOOD — A Norwood resident has been arrested following an Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigation, Police Chief Christopher Padden announced.
Khamisi Claypool, 21, of Norwood, was arrested Wednesday, Sept. 10, and charged with dissemination of child pornography, possession of child pornography, and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
Norwood Police Detectives, led by Detective Jennifer Hoyle, executed a search warrant at a Centennial Drive residence as part of the ongoing investigation, which was initiated after multiple CyberTipline reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). With assistance from the Massachusetts State Police Cyber Crime Unit and the Norfolk County Police Anti-Crime Task Force (NORPAC), digital evidence was recovered, and Claypool was taken into custody.

Claypool was arraigned Thursday in Dedham District Court and released on personal recognizance with pre-trial conditions, including restrictions on social media use, travel, and unsupervised contact with minors. Authorities said additional charges are expected.
The Norwood Police Department thanked its law enforcement partners for their support and urged parents to speak with children about online safety and the risks of sharing personal information. Anyone with information related to online child exploitation is encouraged to contact NCMEC via the CyberTipline at [www.missingkids.org](http://www.missingkids.org) or their local police department.
