Norwood Man’s 2 Arrest Separated By Hours: Taunton PD
Ricky Araujo got an officer's attention when he allegedly yelled, "I got that fentanyl! I make b------ overdose!"

TAUNTON, MA — A Norwood man was arrested twice in a matter of hours in Taunton between midnight Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
Ricky Araujo, 28, faces charges of disorderly conduct for both arrests and an additional charge of disturbing the peace for the second arrest, according to the Taunton Daily Gazette.
Araujo's first arrest came by an officer on Leonard Street, who allegedly heard Araujo scream, “I got that fentanyl! I make b------ overdose!” Araujo then said he only had a knife on him, which was confiscated by the officer.

After Araujo was taken into custody, he allegedly said he came from "a white neighborhood" and was so disruptive that police were unable to book him before he was in a cell.
Araujo was arrested again that afternoon, just after posting bail, after an officer saw him sitting outside the passenger-side window of a car being driven in the parking lot. Police say Araujo was so loud that residents at the nearby Marian Manor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitative Care could hear him.
