Thursday, June 7 12:59 p.m. - As a result of a motor vehicle stop at Pleasant St. and Riverside Ct. Police arrested John J. Lynch, of Mansfield, for possession of a class B substance. 2:41 p.m. - As the result of a police investigation, Norwood police arrested Pamela M. Petrucci, of Mansfield, for distribution of a class B substance on Sturtevant Ave. 5:04 p.m. - Caller at Ellis Ave. reported a suspicious white van with three occupants. Responding officer reported van gone on arrival. 8:18 p.m. - Caller at Norwood Hospital reported a drunk male in the lobby area. Responding officers placed one into protective custody. 9:23 p.m. - Caller reported a white sedan with a foot hanging out of the back door on Railroad Ave. Responding officer reported item was a prank, has been removed. 11:00 p.m. - Caller reported hit and run on Oolah Ave. Police filed a report.
