9:43 a.m. - Caller reported motor vehicle accident at Pendergast Cir. One vehicle towed from the scene. Police filed a report.

11:15 a.m. - Caller reported suspicious activity on Pleasant St. the night before. Officer spoke to one resident, will return to speak with other. Incident under investigation.

12:11 p.m. - Walk-in to the department reported kids shot paintballs at his vehicle the night before at Boston-Providence Highway and Dean St. Police filed a report.

12:39 p.m. - Caller at Building 19 3/4 reported uncooperative shoplifter. Responding officers arrested Deena L. Smitherman, of Mattapan, for shoplifting by asportation and two outstanding warrants.

1:55 p.m. - Walk-in to the department reported two males fighting on the sidewalk of the Shaw's Plaza. Police filed a report.

3:49 p.m. - Caller on Norwest Dr. reported he was hit by a motor vehicle who left the area. Police filed a report.

9:25 p.m. - Caller reported four males trying to break into a house on Casey St. All fled the scene. Police located two juveniles, transported them home. Police filed a report.

Friday, June 22

1:32 a.m. - Officer reported damaged door at Super Wash laundromat on Central St. Police filed a report.

1:57 a.m. - Officer reported graffiti and crude pictures drawn on the parking lot of the Oldham School, believed it to be chalk. DPW notified and able to remove.
