Norwood Police Log: Scam, Stolen Package and More

Wednesday, Feb. 27

(9:20 a.m.) A delivery truck accidentally backed into a building of a food mart. There was minor damage with no injuries. A report was filed.

(10:15 a.m.) A Washington Street resident walked into the Norwood Police Station to report that his license plate was stolen. A report was filed.

(2:39 p.m.) An customer at a supermarket threatened to do physical harm to an employee. A report was filed.

(7:13 p.m.) According to Norwood Police reports, a U.P.S. package was stolen from a house on Railroad Avenue.

Thursday, Feb. 28

(1:35 p.m.) An employee walked into the Norwood Police Department to report a past shopifting incident. A report was filed.

(5:07 p.m.) A Walpole Street resident walked into the Norwood Police Station to report a possible scam.  A report was filed.
