See World Champion Alysa Liu in Ice Chips: A World Journey at The Skating Club of Boston in 2026

Liu will headline the skating show February 28 and March 1, 2026

The Skating Club of Boston, New England’s premier center for figure skating, is hosting their annual benefit ice show, Ice Chips, on February 28th and March 1st with headliner, World Champion Alysa Liu. Alysa is a favorite going into the 2026 Winter Games and this will be her first American appearance soon after.

Ice Chips 2026: A World Journey will be performed for three shows; on Saturday, February 28 at 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm and one show on Sunday, March 1 at 1:00 pm at the Tenley E. Albright Performance Center at The Skating Club of Boston in Norwood, MA.

Alysa Liu is the current World Champion, the recent 2025 Skate America Champion, and a two-time national champion, winning her first at the age of 13, making her the youngest skater to win the title. She competed in the 2022 Winter Games and is likely to make Team USA for the 2026 Winter Games where she has a good chance to medal.

Ice Chips 2026: A World Journey will also showcase a cast of local, national and international competitors, including other senior and junior medalists from the recent 2025 U.S. Championships, all performing exciting solo performances and family-friendly, group, theatrical numbers.

Senior performers include 2025 U.S. champion pair skaters, Alisa Efimova and Misha Mitrofanov; 2025 U.S. pewter medalist, Max Naumov; 2023 U.S. silver medalists, Emily Chan and Spencer Howe; and 2025 Four Continents bronze medalist, Jimmy Ma. Junior performers include 2025 U.S. junior champion Sophie Joline von Felten who became the first U.S. woman to land two triple Axels in one program. Other junior performers include 2025 US junior bronze medalist Patrick Blackwell and 2025 US pewter medalists Sofia Jarmoc and Luke Witkowski.

“To bring Alysa Liu to the Boston area right after the 2026 Winter Games is a thrill for our local skating fans,” said Doug Zeghibe, CEO and Executive Director of The Skating Club of Boston. “This annual benefit is a great opportunity for skating enthusiasts of every age to see Alysa and other world-class skaters perform up close and personal in the intimacy and comfort of the Tenley E. Albright Performance Center."
