$1 Million Lottery Scratch Ticket Sold In Peabody
The store that sold the ticket received a $10,000 bonus for the sale.
PEABODY, MA — A Peabody convenience store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling a $1 million jackpot lottery ticket in the Mass State Lottery's "$4,000,000 Diamonds" instant game.
The MAP Revocable Trust of Middleton claimed the ticket with the winner opting to take the one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes.
Trustee Michelle DiCenso, representing the winner, said the winner plans on putting the funds toward a family vacation.
